Background

After graduating in Movement Science in Maastricht back in 1995, I wanted to learn more about movement and guiding people with physical complaints. In 1997, l completed a (shortened) physiotherapy study at the Hogeschool in Utrecht, whereafter I worked for years as an independent physiotherapist.
I completed my study as a Manual Therapist in Amersfoort in 2007, with an aim to be able to provide treatment efficiently and in a targeted manner.
Then in 2018, I specialised as an extended scope physiotherapist. This specialisation allows for short lines of communication between specialists, referrers and general practitioners, so that the treatment plan is more efficient”.

Mark is registered in the BIG register and included in the KRF (Quality Register Physiotherapy) and is also a member of the Physiotherapy Quality Foundation.
