“My motivation is that after using my expertise on each individual patient, l am then so immensely rewarded to see how l assisted in bringing and keeping them in optimal health”.
Background
I am an enthusiastic manual therapist and physiotherapist with more than twenty years of experience. I graduated from SOMT as a manual therapist in 2011.
During my career I have developed extensively in treating various musculoskeletal complaints. As a manual therapist, I mainly treat complaints related to the spine. But complaints of the joints such as the shoulders, hips and knees can also be treated effectively manually, because complaints of the joints can often be traced back to an incorrect posture or position of the spine and pelvis.
My treatment therefore has a holistic approach aimed at the cause of the complaint and promoting the body’s self-healing capacity.
I use my passion for exercise and sports to guide and treat my patients as best as possible.
I have chosen not to sign any more contracts with health insurance companies from 2024, with the exception of DSW and Menzis.
This means that I will not declare the treatment via the health insurer, but directly to the patient.
The first appointment will last 50 minutes, 25 minutes for the intake and examination and 25 minutes for the follow-up treatment.
