Costs of Treatments

Physiotherapy, Manual Therapy and Cesar Therapy are usually fully reimbursed, through your additional insurance. The therapists have contracts with Dutch health insurers.

If you are not additionally insured, you will be held responsible for the payments.

Do you have a chronic condition? All costs after your 20th treatment will always be reimbursed as they are covered in the basic insurance package.

• Dietetics treatments are reimbursed by your health insurance for up to 3 hours per calendar year. Additional insurance costs may also apply. For detailed information on all costs see Steenstra & de Vries Dietetics.
• Osteopathy is covered under supplementary health insurance plans. The level of reimbursement depends on your insurance package. Since Richard is registered with the NOF, treatments are recognized by almost all health insurers.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If unable to attend on a day following a weekend or public holiday, the period of 24 hours applies to the previous working day.

In case of non compliance or late cancellation of your appointment, we will be obliged to charge you the full cost of the treatment. This provides the practice with an opportunity to offer the appointment to other patients or clients.
