On November 22, edema physiotherapists Grit and Mathilde attended the annual conference of the Dutch Association for Physiotherapy and Lymphology.
It’s always interesting to hear about the latest developments in our field.

In addition to presentations on ongoing scientific studies, there was also a strong focus on practical applications in daily care. For example, we attended a workshop on various types of donning aids for arm and leg stockings, where various aids were demonstrated by Proflebo.

Following this, we purchased a new, convenient donning aid for arm stockings at our practice. Patients with arm disease can try these out and, if desired, purchase them.

On November 6, 2025, dietitians Elaine and Alisa attended a training course on gestational diabetes in Groningen. It was valuable to gain new insights; the lesson on the best time for injections (1 hour postprandial) was particularly insightful, and the training also linked well to daily practice.
