Breathing Therapy

Breathing is essential for our well-being. It happens naturally, without us consciously thinking about it. However, our breathing continuously adapts to what we do physically or mentally.

At times, it can feel as though breathing doesn’t come easily. If you recognize one or more of the following symptoms, breathing therapy may offer an effective solution:

  • Shortness of breath;
  • Breathlessness/Dyspnea;
  • A feeling of a lump in the throat sensation/ Globus sensation;
  • Hyperventilation;
  • Chest pain;
  • Palpitations;
  • Dizziness;
  • Out of breath while speaking;
  • Asthma or COPD;
  • Dysfunctional breathing;
  • Long-COVID;
  • Stress or anxiety;
  • Burnout;
  • Neck and/or shoulder pain;
  • Abdominal pain.

Breathing therapy can help restore balance to your breath, helping you feel more relaxed and energized.
